Here's how iPod to Computer works

Connect your iPod to your computer and open iTunes.
Select the iPod you want to transfer files from (located below DEVICES).
Make sure to click Enable disk use (in the Options section).
*All iPod to computer transfer programs require these steps.

 

After you start the program, it scans your iPod. Select the files you want to copy to your computer and click Copy Now.

 

Your files are then copied to a folder on your computer.

 

Your files are now in a folder on your computer. *the Trial Version only allows for 1 file to be transferred - LOL ;-)

 

Initially, we couldn't get this program to work at all. It kept opening a browser window that connects to a Buy page. It even seemed to do this while we were testing other iPod to computer transfer programs (which we found to be rather bothersome). Later on, it magically appeared on our Task bar. So we did the test. All we can say is that it appears to work fine once it decides to function: buyer beware.
